Alcazar is a veteran own companay. Hello, my name is Romulo Urraca; I served in the United States Navy Seabees 1996-2001, NMCB 40, and worked on many construction projects, locally and overseas. From 2004 t0 2007, I served in Naples, Italy, as shop supervisor. During my Naval career, I had the opportunity to manage many different projects, from planning and estimating, executing the construction, customer relationship, quality control, and safety officer to the final product. We have over 30 years of experience in general construction. Quality and customer service are our driving forces.
